if sheplays certain songs it affects teh enemy.the weather and it echos even when she stops playing it sometimes stopsm,agik attacks but ot all the time.

so what ir trying to say is the flute is in harmony with nature correct?

okay, weather has too be minor control no conjuring pinche hurricanes, it can affect the enemy but only to a certain extent not to a high degree, and sometimes magic attacks stop ok dice roll i guess

reason:needed for a spell
poleplay sample:*pulls out zangetsu and does lightning barrage* lightning comes out of the tip of zangetsu and strikes the opponent

blade manip: can form small lil dagger blades used for long ranged attacks.
unsilent: when ever the user moves the bell around her neck rings.

sword abilitys
sissor cut: the sword opens up like a par of sissors an slices an cuts.
slicing wind slash: the sword is swong to send a shock wave of wind that cuts most stuff.
